How I First started my Photography!

I was into photography from a very early age as my uncle was a keen photographer himself, He had a 35 mm film Slr and I used to love playing with it, we used to go for walk’s around new Holland, just across the water from Hull, He knew I was growing keen on photography and I was given a very old point and shoot 35 mm film camera which I loved.

In 2001 I went into Hilton’s photography supply’s In Hull and bought my 1st ever Single Reflex Lens camera with a lens, I was very happy to have a new camera and new Len’s but after a year or two thing’s started to become expensive processing the film and due to work commitment’s I could not get to the local shop’s in Hull to get them processed and I give up and sold on my camera.

In 2008 I got hold of my 1st Digital Single Reflex Lens it was a Canon 300D although it was a basic camera it did me proud, Over the next few year’s I got hold of more and more lenses and more equipment to use, Mid 2009 I Upgraded to a canon 30D and was amazed in the difference of picture quality and as my experience had grown and my image’s had become a lot better I decided again I wanted to change my camera and also get a new lens

I have Lived in Hull all my life I have worked night club’s on the door’s including Hull’s Famous LA’s ( Lexington Avenue ), I am proud to be a photographer from Hull and I am finding new venue’s to photograph in Hull
